SSF extended its support to Hunger Strike
Sikh Students Federation today came forward to extend it’s support to hunger strike agitation meant for fulfillment of Sikh Demands, which is scheduled to begin from 20th July at Delhi, in front of Indian Parliament. This decision is taken in a meeting of executive committee of SSF held at Patiala yesterday. Speaking for the organization, its’ National President S. Parjeet Singh Gazi said that SSF consider that this agitation announced by SAD Amritsar (Panch Pardhani) for seeking arrest of dera sirsa head, amendment of Article 25 (2) (b) in order to recognize uniqueness of Sikh Identity and return of Sikh Reference library which was looted by Indian Army during attack on Sri Akal Takht, is a struggle to achieve rational and just demand of Sikhs. “WE fully support this agitation and SSF shall participate in Ardas to be held at Akal Takht on 19th July for success of agitation” he added.
